Story Overview
In Pokemon Bismuth, you can play as either May or Brendan. Your goal is to explore the Hoenn region, collect all 8 Gym Badges, and become the Pokémon Champion.
As you journey, you’ll encounter Team Aqua and Team Magma. They are trying to change the sea and land, but they seem less crazy this time. You might notice another group, the Delta Division, also trying to stop them. Who are these new players, and what do they want? Are they better or worse than Team Aqua and Team Magma?
Additionally, new Pokémon have appeared in Hoenn. Find out why as you play!
Key Characters
- May/Brendan: Your friendly neighbor who loves Pokémon research and wants to spend time with Professor Birch, their father.
- Professor Birch: A Pokemon Professor who is often out in the field. Does he miss his family?
- Archie: Leader of Team Aqua. Strong and cool-headed, he treats his team like family.
- Maxie: Leader of Team Magma. Less charming than Archie, but careful with his decisions and move.
- Wally: A shy, sick kid who looks up to you. He is very determined but lacks talent.
- Winona: Calm and serene, she claims to feel the world’s pain. What impact does climate change have on her?
